Ia' Orana,

As this year starts to unfold, I was interested to see if the momentum we
finished 2003 with in Australia would continue into 2004.  We had very
strong monthly sales, especially toward the end of the year.  However,
looking back at the numbers, our growth really started in May of 2003.  
June and July were steady months and then August just took off which
continued until the end of the year.

We added a new Black Pearl in Australia during the 4th quarter of 2003.
Phil Pitman qualified as Australia's 3rd Black Pearl and has maintained
his qualification throughout the 1st quarter of 2004.  Phil will be
attending the Black Pearl trip later this month. Peter and Jan Skelly
qualified for the Outrigger Trip and will have a memorable trip to Tahiti
representing our great country.  The Australian/New Zealand National
Conference in November held at the Gold Coast, with Kelly and Arlene
Olsen, was undoubtedly our best conference yet.  Kelly was extremely
impressed with the quality of our Distributors and the level of your
commitment to TNI and to helping other people.  This conference has had
far reaching benefits to our market.

So how has this year been so far?  What significant happenings have taken
place in the first 4 months of 2004?  As I mentioned, our third Black
Pearl, Phil Pitman, maintained his first quarter qualification - and this
is no simple task.  Phil continues to provide excellent leadership to his
team and they have responded with continued growth.  Phil's team needs to
be congratulated too for their contribution to that group's success.  I
fully expect more title advances in this group - Jades, Pearls, Diamond
Pearls and more.

Jan and Peter Skelly achieved the title of Double Diamond Pearl in March
2004.  Their business continues to grow and they also have a talented
team to work with.  The Skellys set a great example of focus,
perseverance, and sticking to the task.  Congratulations to them and
their team.

Ken Rolfsness' team has put in motion a training program that helps new
and old Distributors understand this remarkable industry and how to
actually build a successful network marketing business.  TNI's
introduction of the Success Path will only be enhanced by what Ken and
his team are already doing.

We have introduced TTP 40 to Australia.  Many Distributors have taken the
plunge to be a coordination point, helping to minimise delivery time for
getting TTP 40 products into Distributor's hands.  Jenny Rhoda and her
upline have provided invaluable service and expertise to building the
TTP40 program in Australia.  Through her research she has made it possible
through the Personal Use Program to bring TTP 40 products into Australia
while minimising duty and customs charges.

All of our CPs countrywide provide a valuable service and have invested
time and money to help others succeed and enjoy the benefits of this
incredible product line. We need more CPs in Australia and New Zealand to
help TNI make available these incredible products to all women over 40.  
There are many women from our market who have lost weight and have
improved their overall pre and post-menopausal physical and emotional
health because of TTP 40 products.

I must also mention the International Leadership Conference in Las Vegas
which was a tremendous success.  I am impressed with those Distributors
who made their way to this landmark event to participate in the company's
"Renaissance" and share in the exciting announcements of new products, a
new look, new training, new Vision, and a new future for all of us in TNI.

We will receive most of these new products into our market this year and
those we can't import directly will be available through the Personal Use
Program.

So what do the numbers show - is the momentum in our market still in full
swing?  The answer is YES!!  We have gone through our traditional sales
lull with the hot summer months, school holidays, and vacations.  BUT we
did it at a higher level than last year for the same time period!  January
2004 sales were 4.9% higher that January 2003; February 2004 was 7.9%
higher that February 2004; March 2004 was 9.3% higher than March 2003;
April 2004 was 4.4% higher than April 2003.  The first quarter 2004 showed
6.6% increase in sales over the first quarter 2003 and an 8.6% increase in
the number of cases sold for the same time period.

Now for more incredible news - so far this month (May 2004) we are 23.7%
ahead of May 2003 for the same number of days...23.7%!!! And a 131%
increase in new Distributors over May 2003!

Do you see what is happening...May 2003 is when our sales made a
significant jump upwards...that is exactly what is happening so far this
year too.  We are in a strong growth pattern!  The office staff are with
you in this.  We are all so excited for your growth and success - it is
fun to listen to the staff's words of praise and excitement.

Now May is far from over and we should not stop or sit on our hands
thinking we have done enough; we have too much to accomplish this year.  
Kelly has set the highest sales goal for Australia since 2000 and with
this type of growth, we will achieve this goal.

We have heard a lot about incremental growth.  It has been suggested you
know THE totals for your individual efforts, your group (ASQV4, CAS6 & 8),
the number of new Distributors you and your group introduce to TNI, the
number of CAS Distributors in your organisation, and how many first time
Fast Start cheques are paid to new Distributors in your group.  Individual
and group incremental growth is paying off, it is what our sustained
growth is made of, it has created momentum for all of Australia and New
Zealand.

It amazes me that when everyone does a little more than the month before
how that equates into large gains overall for everyone.  You need to ask
yourself, do I achieve incremental gains each month?  Have I sponsored one
new person this month and has my team done the same?  Has my ASQV4 or CAS6
grown from last month's totals - even by just one case?

I promise you we will have a GREAT year if we all do a little bit more
than last month; and if leaders show the way and train their groups to do
the same.  A good friend once told me, "If what you did yesterday still
looks big in your eyes today, you haven't done much today".

Let's make May, June, July....all the way to December a little bit better
than the previous month.  Just think what kind of impact this will have on
your lives, your family's lives, and your TNI associate's lives.
