I think I should have told you sooner.
You seem to have understood it correctly, except maybe whether you can
"display" products. I'm not sure. I'll outline what I know...
While retail stores cannot sell or even display TAHITIAN NONI brand
products, those providing a service (eg. chiropractors, doctors, hair
dressers, manicurists, etc, etc) may make TAHITIAN NONI brand products
available to their customers.
I say "make TAHITIAN NONI brand products available" because to my knowledge
in most situations the products are to be discussed with and/or recommended
to the customer one-on-one, not displayed amongst the other products on
sale (eg. in a hairdressing salon).
Because a hairdresser often is aware of customers with specific needs (plus
a lot more...who's getting married, who's geting divorced, who's having an
affair, who's having an operation, who's getting a sex change) a
hairdresser will likely be able to recommend the TAHITIAN NONI haircare in
the normal course of conversation.
