Ia’Orana Business Builders,

In my last update, I alluded to an historic announcement that was made at
our recent Leadership Conference Event in Las Vegas.  The announcement I am
referring to is the creation and impending implementation of the TNI
Success Path.


What is the Success Path?

Simply stated, the Success Path is a business plan for every TNI
Distributor.  The steps represent levels of achievement.  The steps start
at the very beginning of a Distributor’s career as a new sign up and
through goal setting and achievement give each leader a clear path to
follow to achieve the income, rewards, incentives and recognition that make
TNI the most rewarding opportunity in all of Network Marketing.


Why is this so important?

Now, every leader has a clearly defined path to follow that is the same
company wide.  All promotions, incentives, rewards and recognition are tied
to the Success Path.  The steps give each Distributor a clear goal to
achieve, clear business benchmarks to guide their progress by and clear
activity to concentrate on.  


What are some of the important things to know?

First, the Success Path begins at the very beginning.  The first step is
called Fast Start Camp and is for all new Case AutoShip Qualified
Distributors.  This gives every new Distributor a place to begin their TNI
career.  Additional steps go from there and cover every level of
achievement, not just the very elite leaders.  Most Distributors find the
jump from Coral to Jade and Jade to Pearl very challenging.  The TNI
Success Path now takes every Distributor by the hand to give them a clear
path to Jade and to Pearl and beyond.  Each camp is designed to teach and
train the skills necessary to get to the next level.  Additionally,
Distributors may qualify multiple times to attend the Phase One camps (Fast
Start, Coral and Jade) to make sure that every Distributor has an incentive
to continue and no one is left behind.  


Additionally, each step is associated with an event that contains training,
recognition, goal setting, motivation, socialising and fun.  Each event is
more and more elaborate as you go forward.  There are no quotas or limits
as to who can attend.  Everyone who qualifies, goes.   You will see that
the Outrigger Trip is now part of the new Success Path and what we used to
call the Concierge Club Retreat is also part of the Success Path.  


The Success Path is clarity!

From now on, there will be no more confusing promotions.  Everything we do
in the way of incentives, promotions and events will coincide with the
Success Path so you are not confused and you can build your business most
efficiently.  


What about the Concierge Club?

We are doing away with the name but not the points.  The points will
continue to be accumulated as always without interruption, but from now on
the points will be used primarily for redemption for travel to TNI Success
Path and Global events.  Merchandise Redemption will be limited.  Why?
Simple, points for travel is the most productive use of this incentive.
You benefit from free travel and get the benefit of the TNI event as well.
Jade Camp, Vision Retreat and International Leadership Conference are all
events that you can target for travel redemption.  


What about timeframe for implementation?

First of all, all current 2004 events that have previously been qualified
for will go forward without change:  Outrigger, Black Pearl and Concierge
Club Gold Retreat (now called Vision Retreat).  The new program for these
events will begin this year for qualification and next year for the
events.  For example, the first Pearl Camp at Home Office will be held in
2005, but qualification will be in 2004 and so forth.  To find all the
qualifications please refer to the Success Path Manual and the TNI website.


Second.  All Phase One Camps (Fast Start, Coral and Jade) are administered
by the local office.  You will receive information about these camps from
your country manager or local sales manager.  Globally, Fast Start and
Coral Camps will begin officially in August 2004, remember qualification
will always precede the event.  


If I am a Pearl, may I qualify and attend Jade Camp?

Absolutely.  All TNI Distributors may participate in the entire Success
Path.  The only restriction is on Diamond Pearl and Black Pearl camps.
Diamond Pearl Camp is our Outrigger Club in Tahiti.  If you have attended
once, you will see that you now have the opportunity to attend a second
time by meeting the qualification.  If you have attended the Black Pearl
Cruise once, you will be able to attend again by meeting the
qualification.  If you have not attended either, you will have the
opportunity to qualify and attend each twice.  (If you are a qualified
Black Pearl, and have attended the Black Pearl Cruise, you will not be able
to re-qualify for the Outrigger Club trip, but you will have the
opportunity to re-qualify for the Black Pearl Cruise a second time.)


 

Very exciting news!

You may be aware that we made two very
important announcements regarding our
2005 International Leadership Conference
and Vision Retreat.  The location for our
2005 International Leadership Conference
is going to be New York City, specifically
the world famous Radio City Music Hall and
the location for our 2005 Vision Retreat will
be London, England.  From now on, we
will reveal the upcoming locations for our
International Leadership Conference and
Vision Retreat in December of each year.
You must use your time in 2004 to qualify
for all the benefits you can for Leadership
Conference and for an invitation to Vision
Retreat in London.


Well everyone, this is a new beginning in our company history.  This
program is the most comprehensive training, incentive and recognition
program of its kind in our history.  Couple this with our marketing plan
and no company even comes close to us.  As you may guess, we will spend the
next few weeks and months giving you more and more information and training
on the Success Path leading up to the official implementation time.  Stay
tuned for more and more.  For now, I strongly suggest that you obtain
several copies of the Success Path Manual for yourself and your entire
organisation.  This is the plan that will unite our entire company and from
now on, this is the Path we are all traveling on.


For your reference, I am including some basic information on the Success
Path below.

Introduction.  The Success Path is a defined program for business and
income building.  Each step is clearly defined and designed to take you
from your first day as a TNI Distributor to the fulfillment of your
financial goals, whatever they may be.  Each step has requirements that are
tied directly to the process of building a solid business that will stand
the test of time.  


Network Marketing is a business opportunity.  To understand the potential
and underlying opportunity of a solid Network Marketing opportunity,
imagine the following analogy.  Two individuals begin businesses.  One
individual starts their own restaurant, the other begins as a Tahitian Noni
International Distributor.  


The individual who begins a restaurant has a large initial investment in
facilities, furniture and equipment, inventory, staff and operations.  The
restaurant must be run according to a well-defined business plan with care
taken to meet revenue and cost benchmarks.  The owner works many hours in
making this venture successful.  


The promise for the Tahitian Noni International Distributor is not that
there will be a great reward without effort, but that the same effort will
yield a much greater return with a much lower risk factor.  As you begin
your business career with Tahitian Noni International, remember that there
is a formula for success, just as there is for any legitimate business
opportunity.  Following the success path and measuring your progress
against proven benchmarks will keep you on track to build a successful
business that will yield income for you for years and years to come.  


This manual is designed as a guide for your business and is laid out in a
way that is simple to follow.   Your business is divided into phases.  

Phase 1 is the time to lay a proper foundation for your business.  Phase 1
will take you from the beginning to an income of $2000 or more per month.

Phase 2 is the time when your organisation begins to expand rapidly.  Your
efforts are centered on organisation development and leadership.  During
Phase 2, your business can begin to equal or exceed your full-time income.
This is a time of transition and adjusting your lifestyle to take advantage
of self-employment and mobility.  This is a time of becoming debt-free and
understanding the benefits of financial freedom.

Phase 3 is the time when your vision intersects with reality.  This is the
crown of your TNI career.  This is a time of going beyond financial freedom
and become building wealth.  You realise that your business is an asset
that will benefit your family for generations to come.  You are building a
legacy, not just an income.


Each Phase comes with its own rewards.  Remember, this is not a race.
There is never mention of a specific time frame for accomplishing any goal
or completing any phase.  You determine your pace and dreams.  


Each phase is defined by qualifications, prescribed activity required to
build your business, benchmarks to measure your success and progress and
rewards and recognition.  The Success Path contains milestone events that
your are invited to participate in that will enlarge your vision, increase
your competence and build your confidence.  Each event is designed to
fulfill the specific needs of Distributors in each phase.  The rewards
increase as you progress.

TNI Success Path.  Phase 1.

Building an Income.  Beginning to Jade.

Step 1.  Fast Start Camp.
Qualification to attend:  Case AutoShip Qualified.  Sign up for Case
AutoShip and fulfill the monthly AutoShip requirements.

Fast Start Camp is the place every new Distributor begins.  You will
participate in a training conducted by a trained instructor covering the
initial parts of the TNI compensation plan and the fundamentals of
beginning your new business.   Fast Start Camp is held frequently and you
are welcome to attend as often as you like.  You are encouraged to attend
with all new personally sponsored Distributors in your organisation.

Fast Start Camp is held in a TNI office or in areas where access to an
office is limited, Distributors may participate in a Fast Start Camp
webcast conducted on the internet at the Tahitian Noni International
website.


Step 2.  Coral Camp.
Qualification to attend.  Case AutoShip Qualified with ASQV 4 of 480 or
more
Re-qualification:  Maintain Case AutoShip Qualification and increase ASQV 4
by increments of 480.
Attendance.  You may attend as often as you like by meeting the
re-qualification requirements.

Objective of Coral Camp.  More intensive Compensation Plan training.
Recruiting, making presentations, product training.

Coral Camp is a day long training hosted by a trained TNI Corporate Sales
Manager.  Coral Camp attendees will receive excellent instruction necessary
to get them to the next level, have an excellent opportunity to network
with other business builders and socialise.

Where access to an office is limited, qualifiers may participate in Coral
Camp on the internet at the Tahitian Noni International website.  


Step 3.  Jade Camp.

Jade Camp is a great incentive reward for achievement.  This is a 3 day, 2
night event. You are invited to attend with your partner.  Your hotel
expenses are paid by Tahitian Noni International as well as some meals.

Qualification to attend.  Achieve personal paid as Jade or above status in
the last month and have cumulative ASQV4 of 15,000 or more within the
qualification period.
Qualification Period.  Semi-Annually.  January to June; July to December
Re-Qualification.  A Distributor may qualify to attend Jade Camp up to a
maximum of 4 times by maintaining their Personal Paid as Jade status and
increasing their cumulative ASQV 4 in increments of 5000 within the
qualification period.

Frequency.  Jade Camp is typically held semi-annually.

Benefit and Objective.  Jade Camp is a 3 day, 2 night event.  Tahitian Noni
International provides hotel and some meals free of charge.  Jade Camp is
an extended experience intended to reward your accomplishment and provide
you with more advanced training on business, products and leadership.
Participants will benefit from learning from other successful Distributors.

TNI Success Path.  Phase 2.

Transition to Full Time.  Pearl and Diamond Pearl


Step 4.  Pearl Camp

Pearl Camp is a reward that every Distributor should aspire to.  This is an
all-expenses-paid trip for two to TNI Corporate Headquarters in Provo,
Utah.

Qualification to Attend:  Achieve personal paid as Pearl or above status in
the last month and have cumulative ASQV4 of 60,000 or more within the
qualification period.

Frequency:  Pearl Camp is held once each year.

Qualification Period:  Annual.  January to December.

Attendance:  Each Distributorship may attend only once.

Objective:  Pearl Camp is a time of increasing your vision at our
Headquarters Campus.  You will receive intensive training, meet and
socialise with the Founders of TNI and receive intensive training from top
corporate trainers, special guest trainers and top Distributors.


Step 5.  Vision Retreat

Every year, Tahitian Noni International will reward our top achievers with
a special invitation to attend our annual Vision Retreat.  This is a
lifestyle event held in different parts of the world.  Your hotel,
activities and most meals are covered for you and your partner.  

Qualification to attend:  Achieve personal paid as Pearl or above status in
the last month and have cumulative ASQV4 of 100,000 or more for the
qualification period.

Qualification Period:  Annual.  January to December

Frequency:  Vision Retreat is held every year.

Attendance:  Distributor Leaders may attend as often as qualified.

Objective:  Special Recognition, Global Announcements, Lifestyle



Step 6.  Diamond Pearl Camp/ Outrigger Club

Once each year, TNI will host a special group event in Tahiti.  This will
be an 8 day, 7 night all expense paid trip for 2 to Tahiti and Moorea in
French Polynesia.  

Qualification to attend:  Achieve personal paid as Diamond Pearl or above
status in the last month and have cumulative ASQV4 of 100,000 or more
during the qualifying period.

Qualifying Period:  Annual.  January to December

Attendance:  Distributor Leaders may qualify to attend a maximum of two
times.

Re-Qualification:  Achieve personal paid as Diamond Pearl Elite or above in
the last month and have cumulative ASQV4 of 200,000 or more during the
qualifying period.  Black Pearl trip participants are not eligible to
re-qualify.  You must wait at least 3 calendar years from your first
attendance to re-qualify.

Frequency:  Annual

Objective:  Become part of our Tahiti Family.  Experience Tahitian Noni
International’s roots in French Polynesia.  Intensive Product and Story
Training.


Phase 2 key business concepts and benchmarks.

During Phase 2, participants in Pearl Camp, Vision Retreat and Diamond
Pearl Camp/Outrigger Club will be instructed in advanced business
principles such as:

Maximising the Compensation Plan

Leadership Skills

Organisation Building

Advanced Product Training

Business Principles of Time and Resource Management

Creating a Personal Business Strategy


Benchmarks that will be taught and recognised:

ASQV 4

Achieving Pin Levels with Personal Volume

New Fast Start recipients within your 4 generations

Income and Consistency

Outstanding Leadership


TNI Success Path.  Phase 3.

Step 7.  Black Pearl Cruise.  

Qualified Black Pearls will receive the experience of a lifetime.  An all
expenses paid luxury experience for two in French Polynesia.  This event
includes once in a lifetime activities in Tahiti and a week long luxury
cruise throughout the islands surrounding Tahiti.

Qualification to Attend:  Qualified Black Pearl maintained for 4 quarters.

Attendance:  Each Distributor Leader may attend a maximum of two times.

Re-Qualification:  Advance to next BP level and maintain for 4 quarters.
There must be at least two calendar years since first Black Pearl Trip.

Frequency:  Bi-Annually

Objective:  Experience French Polynesia a few in the world ever do.  This
is a lifestyle experience.  You will share this experience with the
Founders of Tahitian Noni International and other key corporate guests.


Step 8.  Million Dollar Club/Career Achievement

This is a recognition level.  

Qualification:  Achieve $1,000,000 in cumulative income and demonstrate
exemplary leadership skills.

Million Dollar Club honorees will be honored each year at our Vision
Retreat and International Leadership Conference.


Step 9.  Club Marquesas

Those who aspire to the heights of our organisation will eventually achieve
membership in Club Marquesas.  Those who achieve this level will
participate in a special trip re-tracing the travels of John Wadsworth
through the islands of French Polynesia culminating in the Marquesas
Islands.  This is an experience of a lifetime reserved for the very elite
of leaders.

Qualification to attend:  Black Pearl with 7 or more personally sponsored
paid as Diamond Pearls maintained for 4 quarters.

Frequency:  Every 5 years or more often as qualifiers require.

Attendance:  Each Distributor may qualify only once.


Step 10.  Global TNI Executive

This is the top recognition level in Tahitian Noni International.  Global
Executives will enjoy prestige status at all events including First Class
Travel and Accommodations.  Global TNI Executives may participate, at their
choosing in any Success Path event (notice required).  Global TNI
Executives will be honored at Leadership Conference.

Qualification:  Triple Diamond Pearl, Black Pearl with 7 or more Personally
Sponsored Black Pearls maintained for 4 quarters.
