Subject: First, you shake it...

Hi all,

A few weeks back someone asked about the difference between the bottle of juice
just opened and the one before it.

[The new one seemed lighter, thinner and weaker flavoured]

I responded, but later realised one very important point I overlooked.  Then,
I'd remember every few days while I was nowhere near the computer.

Just now while discussing a new customer** with Kerri, the "Suggestions for
Drinking Your Noni" came up and Kerri mentioned, "Shake the bottle".

That's the bit that reminded me to check with you...

Are you shaking the living daylights out of the bottle before EVERY use?

Noni is fairly thick (like you pointed out).  Within (in my opinion) a few
seconds the heavy stuff begins to head for the bottom.  I always shake then pour
straight away.  If I get held up for a few moments, I put the lid back on and
shake again.  If I have to wait for someone to have some, so I can pour mine, I
shake again.   (I'm a bit of a perfectionist, sorry).

Even with aggressive, consistent, persistent shaking (sounds like a disease,
doesn't it?), the further towards the bottom you get, the thicker the juice is
likely to become.

Additionally, the old bottle will have been in the fridge and (I believe) noni
is thicker when cool.

So...

When you open a new bottle, it will likely seem thinner than the bottle you last
finished.

And, if you didn't shake the previous bottle much and the new bottle hasn't been
in the fridge yet, the difference will be even more obvious.

None of this was intended to be an excuse for the difference, but I reckon it is
a likely explanation.

What do you reckon?  Am I onto something?

** I discovered the new customer when I noticed some Personal Volume and we
haven't ordered yet this month.  I've never heard of the guy and I'll call him
tomorrow.  He lives about 50-60km away.

When you get your links out there, your name out there, maybe even some flyers
or Tahiti Dream cards OR WHATEVER, you will have people ordering through your ID
without telling you.  Whether it is because they want to avoid being approached
about a business, or are just shy, I don't know.  I recommend that you check
with them ASAP to see how you can assist.

When someone (like this guy) orders juice, I call them and ask for their email
so I can send them the "Suggestions for Drinking Your Noni" that I put
together.  If I don't do this, people overlook stuff like: refrigeration, water,
how much, timing.   Some of these sorts of things result in...well...less
results.   Less results could decrease satisfaction.  Lack of satisfaction leads
to the person seeking a refund and/or being disappointed.  The juice WORKS but
due to their experience they may tell people it doesn't.

Our business is about sharing the products with "Everyone, Everywhere" and
helping them do the same if they want.  Don't ever mix that up with building a
"business".  If people aren't satisfied with the products, you don't have a
business.  You might build a huge downline, but if no-one is ordering, you're
not gonna get paid.
