Hi all,
The Board of Directors met recently and discussed proposed changes and additions
to the Compensation Plan, qualifications, etc. No doubt, much of this related
to the much anticipated Fourth Bonus Pool. Like you, we are also looking
forward to earning our share of the profits from such joint ventures as Tahitian
Noni Tea, Tahitian Noni Cafes, the movie "The Legend of Johnny Lingo", the
Tahitian Noni Candy, the Ready-to-Drink fruit drinks, and more.
Also, they felt it necessary to tighten a couple of "loopholes" in the plan
whereby some people were able to sit on their butt and do nothing and still earn
considerable amounts of money. This is fine in theory, at least on the surface.
Isn't that what we all want? However, the changes are to do with Personal vs
Placement sponsorship. If everyone on your first level, or two levels or
whatever was Placed there by your upline and you've never had to lift a finger,
is that fair? No. Instead, qualification for some bonuses will require that
you Personally sponsor. YOU build YOUR business. I think that is fair.
Basically, what the Board of Directors has decided is TOTALLY inline with what
I've tried to make clear in the past two months.
If you think I keep at you for my benefit, I cannot deny that that is part of
it. However, I am more interested in YOUR benefit. The more people we help,
the more secure our future will be.
Andrew was saying last night that he wants to be x-wide by 10-deep (I won't say
the "x"...that bit was semi-kidding). I pointed out that you only get paid down
eight levels.
Without hesitation he replied that he wants to make sure the first few levels
are also well taken care of.
Andrew's thinking is CORRECT!!!
Let's ALL begin putting in the necessary EFFORT, talk to the RIGHT people, HELP
people share the story, build DEPTH so deep that there ain't no way any of your
people will have any thoughts of leaving.
The more people you help (health or income), the more secure your future will
be.
