Hi guys,
All going well, I am about to purchase 20,000 leads.
They have...
Name
Address
Phone
Email
IP Address
TimeStamp
Undeliverable emails are replaced 1:1.
The leads are around 40 days old, but could be as old as 90. (30-90 day leads)
I am prepared to do things a few different ways.
If you WILL contact (via email) X number, let me know.
If you want to grab a few for phone calls, let me know. I might verify a few
phone numbers first before forwarding them to you. How the conversation goes is
up to you.
I will contact a large portion myself via bulk email. I will direct them
predominantly to the form on our Success Online Now site that asks questions
about their business experience and goals. Go to http://survey.nonilead.com to
see the form. Once I have those details, I will pass them downline as well.
Your input or suggestions of ANY kind are welcome ASAP.
It goes without saying (but I'm saying it anyway...) that we need to get to and
through these leads as efficiently as possible.
I don't like being big brother and knowing your every move any more than you do,
but for this exercise, I'd really like some idea of your availability time
wise. I don't want to send a prospect's details to you at 6am on a Monday if
you work all week in another town and don't get back until Saturday. In fact,
I'd rather not send you a prospects details unless I can be sure that you will
contact them within 48 hours (preferably 24).
Phone calls to the bulk leads may not produce optimal results. "Apparently"
there are still some people around who may not be interested in our particular
business.
However, when people fill in the survey form it is an entirely different
ballgame. These people KNOW what they are requesting information about. They
will have been lead to our sites and given the opportunity to learn as much as
they want first. A phone call to these people (if possible) very often makes
the difference between a new distributor or not.
Remember, you have to stand out. Anyone can send an email. But, it takes a
business-minded person to pick up the phone and ask, "How can I help you? What
would you like to know next?"
As I said in the previous message, you do not need to be an expert. You do not
need to know every answer.
You only need to to be prepared to help however you can and be honest and open.
If you don't know the answer, do NOT avoid the question. Say you don't know,
make a note of it, and tell them you'll find out. Give them TNI's Toll-Free
Customer Service number (which might be 888-869-9195 - Sales Support or
800-445-2969 - Order Line. If they're Spanish, give them 800-445-8933 - Spanish
Order Line). Those guys and gals can answer just about any question you throw
at them. They're not too good with lotto results, but hey, nobody's perfect.

If you know how to use three-way calling, use it for the numbers above, or call
the Tahiti Dream line (1-888-588-8244) and listen in with them. After the
recorded message, when the live operator comes on the line, help them raise the
tricky questions. If they can't think of any tricky questions, make some up.
"Hi, I have Mary Smith on the line with me. She wants to know why noni fruit is
green, but the juice is kind of purple. And, is it true that if you drink too
much, you'll grow extra fingers and toes?".
Being in the group that is heading for success, you missed the earlier
(grumpier) message sent to those doing very little which said, "This is a
business, not a kindegarten". It also isn't a prison. You're allowed to play,
even play up, you're allowed to do things differently and you're allowed to have
fun with it. So, please do.
What do I want to know?
I want to know IF you are prepared to contact people, in what way, and when.
I want to know if yu have ANY questions of ANY kind.
I want to know IMMEDIATELY.
